Permission Requests

Permission requests to reprint articles, or excerpts of articles, from the Albany Law Review should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief, Mary L. D'Agostino by e-mail (mldagostino@albanylaw.edu).  Requests to reprint should include the following information:

  • The exact citation to Albany Law Review, author's name, and title.
  • A description of how the copyrighted material will be used.

Founded more than 70 years ago, the Albany Law Review is an independent, student-run organization committed to making meaningful contributions to the law and legal scholarship through the publication of critical and analytical articles written by judges, lawyers, law school professors, and other scholars.
